Where do I browse books to see your collection?

• If you are looking to view our collection, click on Catalog in the header menu.
• If you are looking for specific books,
• Type either the name of the book or author name in the Search Bar on our website and hit enter and you can see their availability.

What is the procedure to rent books

On our website

• Sign in to your account
• Search for your favourite book or pick one from our catalog
• Click on Add to Cart button (for each book you want to rent out)
• Once you have done selecting the books, click on the cart, and click on ‘Rent Now’

At our stores

• Walk into your nearest JustBooksClc Library
• JustBooksClc provides you with access to a network for 50 plus neighborhood libraries, spread across 10 cities in India.
• What’s more, you also have access to a combined collection of over 600,000 books that you can choose from. For your reading pleasure we also provide an added option to recommend a book not in our catalogue.
• After you are finished reading, you can return the book at any of the JustBooksClc library closest to you and pick-up the next set of books.

Door Delivery option allows members to request a pick-up right from their doorstep (Free for some plans. Please check the plans page for details)

How many times in a month can I ask for exchanging books?

There are no limits to borrowing books at JustBooksclc.

You can issue and borrow books any number of times, subject to the book plan that you are in and the period for which you have paid for.

We offer multiple membership plans to meet your reading needs.
Plans are based on the number of books you can hold at a given time.
All plans come with a door delivery ‘top up’. Door Delivery can be availed by paying an additional Rs 50/- per month.

JustBooks members can avail free door deliveries, on signing up for Avid Reader and Avid Reader with Magazine plans

How many door deliveries do you offer in a month?

Members can opt for Door Delivery facility, by paying Rs 50/- per month.
This will provide members with 5 door delivery trips, per month.

For members in Avid Reader and Avid Reader Plus — there is no limit on the number of deliveries

Looking for door delivery. Which plan would you suggest?

If you are looking for door delivery facility, you can ‘top up’ any plan with door delivery facility by paying an additional Rs 50/- per month.

• Member who have opted for door delivery facility can get up to 5 deliveries per month
• And for Avid Reader, Avid Reader with Magazine get unlimited deliveries per year

Do I have to order 2 books each time, if I am on a 2 books plan?

Not necessary. You can take 1 book at a time or 2 books together. The choice is yours.

Should you take 2 books together, you can also opt to return 1 and keep the other.

We believe our plan rates are reasonable in keeping with the range of books and the services we offer – automatic access to our network of over 50 libraries across 10 cities , a catalogue of over 6 Lac books, technology that makes physical issue and return of books a breeze.
