Excellent book. Must read for waanbe sales guys and techno marketing aspirants. Possibly a quick refresher for the long-time-in-the-trade guys too. It talks about all those simple rules that we tend to push to the back of our mind so often.

I'm a big fan of John Grisham. However, this book is a big disappointment. This book is about the protagonist's effort to get out of jail and the plan he hatches to do so. There is no court house scenes which everyone loves in Grisham's novels. Even the plan to get out of jail is too unrealistic. There is a 'lived happily ever after' ending which is so unlike a Grisham novel. The novel has Grisham's first African-American hero. Other than that, there is nothing special. Read it only if you're a big Grisham fan.

Not a Agatha Christie standard ... really boring & very bad climax.
